Moreover, in order to boost our collaborator’s performance, we hold regular internal and external training sessions to keep our task force up to date with the different trends of our industry.

Finally, all our collaborators are subject to an annual individual interview, which aims to assess their performance level, and allows each one to express his/her expectations and needs regarding work conditions and career ambitions.
